A visitation for Carmen will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Paul O'Connor Funeral Home; 1939 Lawrence Ave. E, Scarborough, ON M1R2Y8, followed by a memorial service at 4:00 PM.
