David Edward Ambrose

David Edward Ambrose, age 70, of Toronto, Ontario passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021. David was born February 26, 1951. He was a singer, songwriter and musician. One of his greatest accomplishments was his song "masterpiece of love" which was top ten on the AC charts. He wrote and produced this original hit song. He was multi talented and self taught on the keys, strings and would blow your mind on the harmonica. Loving father to two sons John-David and Paul-James, husband to Ida and grandfather to Lincoln. He didn't care about material items but was family oriented and cherished his time with loved ones.

A visitation for David will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E, Scarborough, ON M1R 2Y8, followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m.

Due to the COVID guidelines guests are still required to follow the mandate of two metres (six feet) physical distancing. For the visitation and service 50 people will be permitted in the room at a time. Guests may be required to wait in line prior to entering the funeral home. Upon entry to the funeral home guests will be required to provide their contract information for the purpose of contact tracing. Proof of vaccination is not required. Masks or face coverings are required indoors.
