Father Garvey used to do the Mass on weekdays at St. Anthony’s in Calgary. Our children were young and he would always spend time getting to know them and had a real interest in people. His homilies were very uplifting. He was a fine servant and a good and holy man. We will always remember him.

Father Tom was in Banff for many years and he was a very nice fellow. He really brought the church community together and we had many fun times together.
Father Tom loved to treat the choir to supper once a year to show them how much he appreciated them.
FAther Tom would use his own money to support the youth club with pizza nights and a ping pong table.
He encouraged the organist to write original music for the mass and our church choir recorded the music for a CD. Tom supported the parishioners for just about any idea we could dream up. He just loved folks to get together. He made us feel like his family.
All ages liked him.
We will remember him forever and know he is in a great place now. He earned it.
God bless you Father Tom. You are a good man.
