Gwen Camacho

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother Gwen at her home on March 13, 2023 at the age of 97. Loving mother of Janette, Suzanne, George, Patricia and Andrew. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her 5 children, 9 grand-children, 15 great grand-children, her brother Noel, sister Doreen and many close friends. Special thanks to the staff of Transcare, VHA and Spectrum for their kindness and compassionate care during her long illness. Visitation at Paul O'Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E., (between Warden and Pharmacy), on Sunday, March 19th between the hours of 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, and again at 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, March 21st at 10:00 am at St. Maria Goretti Parish, 717 Kennedy Rd. Scarborough, ON M1K 2C1. Interment at cemetery to follow at Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Lane, North York, ON M2H 3K4 by Fr. Elias. In memory of Gwen Camacho donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
