Passed away peacefully at SGH on Thursday July 8 at the age of 79. John was pre-deceased in death by his first wife, Jo-Ann Mary (Hill) and pre-deceased in death by Linda Joyce (Dale). Loving father of Allan (Donna), Janice (Dion), and pre-deceased by Craig.
Jack will be fondly remembered by Jacquie (Mark), Michelle (Jim), Bill (Jane) and his many grandchildren: Mike, Kristen, Jo-Ann, Nathan, Leah, Rachel, Melissa, Ethan, Jack, Jayme Lee, Iain and Emma.
