

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Madonna Theocharides, affectionately known as Donna, who left us peacefully in her apartment. Born in Toronto, Donna’s life journey concluded on February 13th, 2025.
Donna was a woman of remarkable resilience and unwavering spirit. She faced life's challenges with extraordinary courage and determination, overcoming significant obstacles. Her unwavering love for her two sons, Thomas and Cody, was the cornerstone of her life, and she raised them with fierce devotion and boundless affection. In her eyes, they were her world.
A passionate artist, Donna found solace and expression in painting. She had a deep appreciation for all forms of art and was constantly seeking to learn and grow. Her love extended to the animal kingdom, particularly her cherished cat, Missy.
Donna was known for her candid and straightforward nature. She spoke her mind with honesty and wasn't afraid to share her thoughts. Despite facing numerous health challenges, she remained committed to personal growth and self improvement. She was always striving to better herself.
Throughout her life, Donna held various jobs, but her most important role was being a loving and devoted mother. Her passions included her family, music, learning new things, and her beloved animals.
Donna's memory will be cherished by her two sons, Thomas and Cody, as well as the rest of her family and friends. She was loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her, perhaps even more than she realized.
A visitation to celebrate Donna’s life will be held at Paul O'Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Ave East, on Thursday, February 27th from 3 until the time of the Service at 4 PM.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
