CRUZ, Mario Eugenio “Mackay” - It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mackay at Scarborough General Hospital on Friday, October 7, 2022 at the age of 68. Mackay beloved husband of Melita Cruz for 47 wonderful years. Loving father of Michael (Caroline), Melvin (Rigine) and Martin (Jenilee). Lolo will be fondly remembered by Kaitlyn, Marcus, Chelsea, Ava, Laila and Nola. Dear brother of Elvira, Elizabeth, Eduardo and the late Lourdes, Estelita, Milagros. Cherished son of the late Manuel and Purificacion. Mackay will be sadly missed by all family members and many friends. Visitation at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M1R 2Y8, on Wednesday and Thursday from 4 – 8 pm. Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 10 am in Prince of Peace; 265 Alton Towers Circle, Toronto, ON M1V 5E3. Interment at Pine Ridge Cemetery; 1757 Church Street, North, Ajax, Ontario, L1T 4R3.
