Philip Eugene Penney, age 62, of Toronto, Ontario passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
A visitation for Philip will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Paul O'Connor Funeral Home, 1939 Lawrence Ave. E, Scarborough, ON M1R2Y8, followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 1:30 PM. Cremation to follow.
