Reunited with his loving wife Irene Panagiotorou. Loving son of the late Anastasia and Dimitrios Giankas. Survived by his brother Fred and sister Martha, Chee Chee (uncle Sam) to Kathren, Jim, Morgan and Tasha. Great uncle to Nicholas and Lucas.
As per Simon's wishes a Graveside Service will take place on Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 1:00 P.M
