Billy, Kim, Kaitlyn and Murray  we are so sorry for the loss of the "Queen Bee".     Tammy put up a good fight and tried so hard to stay with all of you.     From the several times that we have been in her company she truly was an amazing lady with a heart of gold.    Her love of family and friends and work family showed even on the darkest days.    Truly a good soul that would help any one that needed it if she good.  Rescue any animal that needed help and a loving home.  Tammy took the time to give our three furry kids haircuts when the pet stores and groomers wouldn't due to covid.  She didn't like to see any person or any animal hurt or in need of some TLC.   Just think of the greeting she received when she crossed to the other side with her parents waiting and every animal that's crossed the rainbow bridge before her.
Rest easy Queen Bee.   You will not be forgotten.

I used to read your Facebook posts all the time, whether you were reminiscing of your mom and dad, or the beautiful pictures of Kaitlyn.   The pictures of your garden and the love of your beautiful animals.  Of course your journey with cancer.  It showed how much you loved your family and friends and fur babies.  Such a beautiful person.   You will  be missed but never forgotten.   Sorry that I  won't be able to say goodbye in person today.  😢

My condolences to the Whitfields and friends on the loss of such a loved and respected person. I feel honored to have met and known Tammy for 21 years. (1998-2019).  We, mortals, have lost her but she is now with the LORD. The pain and suffering are over. She is with those that have passed before her. 

I knew Tammy since she was 8 yrs old her brother Billy was 9  her parents Dave and Shirley they were the best family and best friends anyone could ever ask for. If there was anything anyone needed and they had it they gave it freely. They had the biggest hearts when it came to animals, their house was always full of adopted cats and dogs.  Tammy I know you are safe lying in the arms of your loving mom and dad and there will come a day I'll see you all again <3  Till then my beautiful and loving friend keep our spots warm . You were taken way to soon from us!  I have 18 wonderful years of great memories that I will cherish forever .  I hope you know how much I appreciate everything you have done for me.   Especially being the world’s great Aunt to Kaitlyn (Katie) from the moment she made her first appearance.

I have only known Tammy for two years. Tammy and I were introduced by her best friend Murray Glover after Murray volunteered to help me with my annual Cystic Fibrosis fundraiser - Cycle For Life. Tammy jumped in with Murray and they recruited more cyclists for our team than I did in 2021. During that time, Tammy never once complained about her battle with cancer, quite the contrary - she took that disease to task head on.  She was relentless in generating awareness for CF in memory of my niece Emily who lost her battle with CF.  Emily's Tigers Cycling team draw inspiration from Tammy and in 2023, we will ride in Tammy's memory as well as Emily and her sister Jenna. The Queen Bee lived an amazing, but all-too-short life. May she rest in peace.
