OBITUARY
Arthur Patrick DeSantis
July 29, 1952 – December 28, 2020
Fill not your hearts with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow. Remember the joy, the laughter, the smile, I've only gone to rest a little while. Although my leaving causes pain and grief, my going has eased my hurt and given me relief. So dry your eyes and remember me, not as I am now, but as I used to be. Because, I will remember you all and look on with a smile. Understand, in your hearts, I've only gone to rest a little while. As long as I have the love of each of you, I can live my life in the hearts of all of you.
During this unprecedented public crisis, we are committed to the health and well-being of all our client families. At the request of the family funeral visitation will be private at the funeral home and a memorial mass will be held at a later date.

I was lucky enough to know Pat for 45 years. If I had a dollar for every time he told me to shut up, I’d be living on Heathcote Road by now!Of course, it was all said in jest(I think!).He was great at what he did, so incredibly sharp, and such an amazing memory. So very funny, he could take it just as well as he could dish it out. I’ll miss him, it’s still hard to believe!

Pat. You left us too soon. Things will not be the same without you. You are in a good place now and better be watching out for all of us down here and everyone at the cab. And I would not be honest if I did not take this one last chance to tell you " You stink on ice fella!!haha
We all love you and will miss you greatly. Take care and God Bless.

I greatly enjoyed calling Pat for a morning cab to the train station. He was always kind and helpful, and he loved sharing a joke or humorous observation that would brighten the day. I’m grateful to have known him. May he Rest In Peace and Happiness.

i always had trouble understanding how someone who could bust my chops and yet be so likeable, compassionate and good friend. He liked what he did and nobody was better at it than him. I along with many will miss his humor and friendship.

Hey Pal-o-mine, We laughed, we argued, we yelled and we broke each other's chops for nearly 40 years. No one could ask for a better friend. I'm gonna miss you. Hell, I already do. Time to relax Pat. And dont ever forget, when it snows, STOP IN NEUTRAL!!!
