His beloved wife of 61 years, Barbara, passed away in April. Dr. Mintz was for many years a respected physician in private practice in Scarsdale and also as attending physician at White Plains and Montefiore hospitals and other local institutions. He was a passionate musician--pianist, cellist, and composer, participating in a variety of local theater, orchestra, and chamber music organizations. Donations in his memory can be made to White Plains Hospital and the Hoff-Barthelsen Music School.
