Diana Casey

Diana Casey, 85, of Eastchester, NY died, after a brief illness, on October 23, 2023. She was born on July 19th, 1938 to the late Carmine and Crocetta (Iobbi) Mattucci in Bronxville, NY. Wife of the late Francis X. Casey. Loving mother of Edward (Christopher), Francis (Maureen), Mary Fenton (Jeffrey), Patricia (Brian) Powers and Eileen (David) Bagshaw. Predeceased by daughter Kathryn (Kevin) Kleaka, brother Silvio Mattucci. She is the beloved grandmother of Brian, Sean, Casey, Colin and Mara Fenton, Danielle Casey, Patrick and Jonathan Kleaka, Kate and Julia Powers, Sophie and Oliver Bagshaw. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Diana was, in addition to being a mother of 6 children and grandmother to twice that, a deeply faithful member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary parish for over 60 years. She adored singing in the choir, serving the needs of her parish and being an inspiration and support to all her friends, family and loved ones – her faith and values sustained and inspired many.

Family and friends may visit Friday, October 27th 3-8 pm at the Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, October 28th at 9:45 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Scarsdale, NY. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, White Plains.
