Passed away on July 5, 2011

A long time resident of Scarsdale NY, Evan Johnson passed away July 5 after a short illness. He was 95. A fourth generation Angeleno, Mr. Johnson was born in Los Angeles June 3, 1916. He attended Whittier High School and was graduated from California Institute of Technology in 1938 with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He is survived by his daughter Christina Johnson Parsons and her two sons, Christopher Johnson Parsons and his wife Denise and Chad Stuart Parsons. A memorial service is planned for the fall.
