Frank R. Fournier, 79, formerly of Mount Vernon passed away on August 9, 2012. Mr. Fournier is predeceased by his parents, his brother Ralph and his son Frank Jr. He is survived by his sons Guy, Kevin, William, his grandchildren and his sister Joan Carinci (Vincent).
