Jean Cisneros Fellmeth was the eldest child born to John & May Cisneros in the Bronx in 1929. She was the older sister to Robert (deceased) and Raymond. Jean was baptized in Our Saviour's Church and attended the school that was part of the parish. She attended Walton High School in the Bronx where she learned the secretarial skills that lead to her career working for Borden Dairy. Jean took a long time off to be a stay at home mom during which time she was active in the church and was a Girl Scout leader. Later, she went back to work for the Girl Scout Counsel of the Bronx followed by a long period working for the executive director of The Girls Scout Counsel of Greater New York. Her last career change sent her to the legal department as the executive secretary to the chief legal counsel for Bank Leumi until her retirement in 1994. Jean is survived by her children Richard and Nancy, grandmother to Steven, Kristina, Katie Victoria and Diana, great-grandmother to Riley and Norah Mae.
