

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of our beloved son Jeffrey A. Callaro, on September 24th, 2025 at the age of 41. Jeff was born in Bronxville on December 27th 1983 and spent his childhood growing up in both Yonkers and Eastchester.
He attended Eastchester High School before starting his career in which he worked across several different industries including broadcast post production at Young & Rubicam Advertising before settling into golf course turf management where he worked at Lake Isle Country Club, Westchester Hills Golf Club and Pelham Split Rock. He loved the outdoors, sports, history, family gatherings, poker and video games among his many other interest.
Jeff is survived by his loving parents, Maria and Patrick Callaro, his brothers and sister-in-laws, Michael Callaro, Rebekah Etheridge Callaro, Gregory Callaro and Kelly McDonnell Callaro and his nieces and nephews, Abigail, Michael, Daniel, Eleanore and Thomas Callaro. He is also survived by his grandmother, Anna Pezzola and a large extended family including aunts, uncles and cousins.
Though he was taken from us too soon, Jeff's light touched everyone he met. His kindness, laughter, generous spirit and sense of humor will live on in our hearts forever.
The wake will be held at Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Home located at 824 Scarsdale Ave, Scarsdale NY on Wednesday, October 1st from 4:00- 8:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church located at 8 Carman Rd, Scarsdale NY on Thursday, October 2nd at 10:30AM. A luncheon immediately following at Ciao's Restaurant, 5-7 John R. Albanese Place Eastchester NY.
