John J. Breslin

He leaves behind his wife of 45 years, Kathleen (Wittmer) Breslin; his son John Joseph Jr. and his wife, Heather; his daughter Elizabeth Frances (Breslin) Wilber and her husband Gregory; his son Edward Francis Breslin and his wife Sabrina; his daughter Patricia Anne; his sister-in-law Dorothy (Volpe) Breslin; and five grandchildren: Jane, Gregory Jr., Edward Jr., Aurelia and Katherine. He is predeceased by two siblings, Edward Francis Jr. and Patricia Rose (Breslin) Modell.

Born on September 19, 1938 and raised in the Bronx, the son of Judge Edward F. Breslin and Marjorie (Reddy) Breslin. He graduated from Fordham Law School and went on to be a defense attorney. John and Kathleen raised their family in the Strathmore neighborhood of Scarsdale, NY and were active parishioners at Our Lady of Fatima Church.

A funeral service will be held October 2nd at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Scarsdale, NY at 10:00am.
