Michael P. DiSisto

Eastchester - Michael P. DiSisto, 88, of Eastchester, N.Y. Died on June 7 at home surrounded by his loving family.

Michael was married to Carmen (Carrier) on September 11, 1954; they were married for 60 years.

Michael is survived by his children, Michael (Julie), Joseph (Susan), Barbara Whiteford, Amy Ross (James). Grandchildren, Jennifer, Josephine, Michael, Lucy, Megan, Deryck, Georgia, Simon and Kyle. Brother, Gerald (Marilyn) and many loving nieces and nephews.

Michael is preceded in death by his wife, Carmen, His sister, Gloria Bombance and his brother Richard.

Michael was born in Pelham, NY on July 12, 1931. Michael established his own business, M. DiSisto Construction in the early 1960's. He enjoyed opera, boating, fishing, gardening, dancing and his grandchildren. He was also actively involved in Eastchester Volunteer Fire Dept. and Scarsdale Elks.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on June 10, 2020 at Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Homes. Burial will take place the following morning at The Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla, NY.
