Patricia Anne DiCuio, 69, of Eastchester, New York, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at White Plains Hospital, after a brief but courageous battle with metastatic brain cancer. Born on February 19, 1956, in the Bronx, New York, Patricia was the cherished daughter of Catherine and Pasquale Arcidiacono. She graduated from St. Barnabas High School and began her career at NBC before working in bookkeeping for various companies throughout Westchester.
Patricia’s greatest joy came from caring for her family. She had a gift for making everyone feel loved and welcomed, whether through a kind word, a warm meal, or a gentle smile. Known for her resilience and selflessness, she always put others before herself, and her strength in the face of challenges inspired those around her. She loved simple pleasures—playing word games and cards, the sun and the sand, and cheering on her favorite teams; the Yankees, Rangers, and Jets. She rooted the hardest for her
grandchildren at their events. Showing up, supporting, and spending time with the people closest to her was always her top priority. Family gatherings, big or small, were where she truly shined, making memories and meatballs that will be treasured forever.
Patricia was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. She is survived by her children Danielle DiCuio (Charles), Anthony DiCuio (Emily), and Michelle DiLegge (Stephen); her seven beloved grandchildren—Emma, Brianna, Isabella, Dominic, Anthony, Luca, and Marco—who were the light of her life; her sister, Theresa (Joe); her sister-in-law, Antoinette; and many dear nieces, nephews, and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Pasquale, and her brother, Joe.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Patricia’s life at a wake on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bennett Funeral Home, 824 Scarsdale Avenue, Scarsdale, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia’s memory to Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.
