Rosa Seland passed away on March 8, 2011 at Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville. She was 86 years old. Mrs. Seland was born in Checoslovochia on July 12, 1924 to Josef and Anna Fuchs. Rosa is predeceased by her husband Thom Seland . Mr. Seland passed away in 1984. Rosa was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Scarsdale and a member of the Scarsdale/ Hartsdale Newcomers club. Mrs. Seland is survived by her two daughters Rosemarie ( Tom) Capalbo and Alice (Rob) Lousberg. She is the loving grandmother of Tommy, Andrea and Chrissy Capalbo. Her sister Frida Rother survives as well as several nieces. Funeral Service to be held on Saturday 10AM Grace Lutheran Church Scarsdale. Visiting Hours Friday 2-4 &7-9PM.
