Aaron S. Sensenig

Aaron S. Sensenig, 75, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Tuesday, June 12, 2018. He was the husband of Evelyn Martin Sensenig. He was born in Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County on October 4, 1942, a son of the late Lester S. and Anna Marie Snader Sensenig. Aaron was a member of Texter Mountain Mennonite Church, Robesonia where he served as minister for 55 years. He formerly was employed by Earl Z. Musser, Newmanstown, as a plumber for 35 years. Surviving in addition to his wife are five sons, A. Eugene Sensenig (Suzanne Martin), Newmanstown; Joseph Sensenig (Christine Good), Elkton, MD; Stephen Sensenig (Jane Gehman), Denver; Joel Sensenig (Lisa Leinbach), Lebanon; Philip Sensenig (Kendra Chupp), Standardsville, VA; seven daughters, Lois Sensenig and Regena Sensenig both of Myerstown; Sylvia (Jeffrey Witmer), Seneca Falls, NY; Maria (Sheldon Zimmerman), Robesonia; Verna Ruth Sensenig, Robinson, TX; Dorcas Sensenig, Lititz; Julia (Harry Gehman), Myerstown; 40 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Daniel Sensenig, Lebanon; Mark Sensenig, Telford, PA; David Sensenig and Paul Sensenig both of Myerstown; Noah Sensenig, West Jefferson, OH; sisters, Magdalena (Frank Bering), Mary (Richard Sweigart) both of Myerstown; Elizabeth (Mervin Sensenig), Lititz; Martha (Homer Detweiler), London, OH; Anna (Earl Sweigart), Plain City, OH. He was preceded in death by his first wife Verna Martin Sensenig; three brothers and a sister. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 10 AM in Richland Mennonite Church, 399 N. Race St., Richland, PA. Interment will be made in the adjoining church cemetery. A viewing on Sunday from 1 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM at Fairview Mennonite Reception Center, 141 Jackson Road, Lebanon, PA. PLEASE OMIT FLOWERS.
