Betty M. Evans, 95, of Stricklerstown, passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. She was born in Millcreek Township, Lebanon County on May 2, 1926, daughter of the late William F. and Eva K. Maderness Evans. Betty was employed as a factory worker, retiring in 1991 from Bernville MFG.CO. She loved to cook, critique cooking shows and entertain with family and friends. Betty especially loved raising pets. Surviving is a son, Milton Strickler; granddaughters, Wanda Himmelberger and Dawn Beers; seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 10:30 am in Clauser Funeral Home, 116 N. Carpenter St., Schaefferstown. Interment will be made in Millcreek Memorial Cemetery.
