Betty Jane Zimmerman

She was born in Lititz to the late Jesse and Edith (Weaver) Weaver and was the wife of Elmer Zimmerman with whom she celebrated 45 years of marriage.

She was a member of Living Water Mennonite Fellowship, Reinholds, PA. Her faith in God carried her through the health struggles she faced.

Betty was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed quilting, decorating cakes, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, Betty is survived by four children, Duane, husband of Lynette (Hollinger) of Reinholds, Pennsylvania, Dean, husband of Amy (Weaver) of Perry, New York, Cody, husband of Wanita (Yoder) of Harrison, Arkansas, and Natasha, wife of Jeremy Martin of Belt, Montana, 24 grandchildren and 4 brothers: Richard, Luke, Raymond, and Robert.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at Lichty’s Mennonite Church, 1690 Union Grove Rd., East Earl. An additional viewing will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025, from 9 to 10 AM at the church followed by funeral services at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place in the Lichty’s Mennonite Church Cemetery.
