Doreen M Martin

Doreen M. (Behney) Martin, 73, formerly of Schaefferstown, died Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in Cedar Haven. She was the wife of the late Melvin E. Martin. She was born in Womelsdorf on September 1, 1944, a daughter of the late Charles and Pruella Strickler Behney. Doreen enjoyed camping, spending time with her grandchildren and close friends and volunteered at the summer carnivals for the Schaefferstown Fire Co. for many years. She is survived by sons, Dwane Martin and wife Michele of Naples, FL; Eugene Martin and wife Beth of Lebanon; daughter in law, Lorah Martin of Myerstown; grandchildren, Ryan Martin, Alison Martin and Bailey Martin; great grandson, Carter Martin. She was preceded in death by a son, Darrell Martin; brothers, Jerry Behney and Charles Behney. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 7 pm in Rohland Funeral Home, 508 Cumberland St., Lebanon with a visitation beginning on Tuesday at 5 pm.
