Ernest A. Krall, Sr., 94, of Lebanon, died Friday, October 5, 2012 in Stoneridge – Towne Centre, Myerstown. He was the husband of Dorothy V. Mase Krall with whom he was married to for 63 years. He was born on December 20, 1917 in Heidelberg Township, a son of the late Abram and Nora Brown Krall. Ernest was a former employee of Keller Bros. in Buffalo Springs and retired from Sterling Drug, Inc. in Myerstown. He was a life member of the St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Schaefferstown and a World War II US Army veteran. Surviving in addition to his wife are children, Ernest Krall, Jr. and wife Janet of Camp Hill; Elizabeth Kaye and husband Stephen of Easton, MA; grandchildren, Eric Krall and wife Ellesse; and Alicia Krall both of VA; sister, Kathryn Matthews of Myerstown. He was preceded in death by a step mother, Edith Krall; brother, Arthur Krall; sisters, Anna Edwards and Evelyn Hoffman. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM in the St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 305 W. Main St., Schaefferstown with a viewing beginning on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Interment will be made in the Schaefferstown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Paul’s UCC, Box 375, Schaefferstown, PA 17088.
