Esther L Knier

Esther “Susie” L. Knier, 78, of Richland, passed away on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 in Cedar Haven. She was born in Womelsdorf on April 13, 1940, a daughter of the late Charles and Sara Basom Knier. Susie was employed at Gloray Knitting Mills in Robesonia for many years and worshipped in the United Church of Christ faith. She enjoyed crocheting and following NASCAR. She is survived by sisters, Pauletta Gift and husband Terry of Robesonia; Carol Bohn and husband James of West Reading; brother, James Knier of New Orleans, LA; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Vivian Schwartz and Delores Sweigart; brothers, Charles Jr., Theodore, Robert and Richard Knier. Graveside service will be held privately.
