Eva M. Martin Zimmerman

Eva M. Zimmerman, formerly of Richland, PA, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016 in Stoneridge Towne Centre, Myerstown, PA. She was born in Ephrata on August 27, 1918, a daughter of the late Daniel B. and Amanda Martin Martin. Eva was preceded in death by her husband John B. Zimmerman, founder of Lebanon Valley Implement Co. in Richland, where she worked for over 35 years. She also worked for many years at Jubilee Ministries in Lebanon. Surviving are children, Kathryn wife of Melvin Zimmerman of Richland; Mabel wife of John David Witmer of Richland; Irene wife of Arnold Willey of Abbevville, SC; John Zimmerman, Jr. husband of Linda of Richland; Clair Zimmerman husband of Naomi of Fairplay, SC; Marlin Zimmerman husband of Bonnie of Richland; 26 grandchildren, 113 great grandchildren; 27 great great grandchildren; brother, Willis Martin of Wellsboro, PA. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 10 am in Myerstown Mennonite Church, 625 N. College St., Myerstown, PA. Interment will be made in the adjoining church cemetery. Viewing on Friday from 6 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 10 am at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jubilee Ministries, 235 S. 12th St., Lebanon, PA 17042.
