Georgette Sallie Sattazahn

Georgette Sallie Sattazahn, 96 of Schaefferstown, passed away at home on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. She was born in Schaefferstown on July 25, 1928, a daughter of the late George A. and Sallie (Kohl) Corl. Georgette was the wife of Russell J. Sattazahn for 75 years. Mrs. Sattazahn was retired from RCA where she was a tube welder. She was active in the town Bicentenial. She was a member of St. Paul’s UCC in Schaefferstown and a Girl Scout Leader. Surviving in addition to her husband is her daughter: LuAnn Lutz (Donald) of Schaefferstown; three granddaughters: Michelle Frantz (James) of Cornwall; Sheri Batz of Exeter; Peggy Mogel (Keith) of Newmanstown; seven great grandchildren: Kaylee, Andrew, Lauren, Skylar, Meredith, Hunter and Collin. Georgette was predeceased by her sister AnnaBelle Corl. A Funeral Service will be held in the Clauser Funeral Home Inc. 116 N. Carpenter Street, Schaefferstown, PA, 17088 on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM with a viewing from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Schaefferstown Cemetery.
