Grace Shue Sholly

Grace Sholly, 91, of Newmanstown, PA, died Wednesday, October 1, 2014 in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, PA. She was the wife of the late Clarence “Red” Elmer Sholly. She was born in Manheim on July 23, 1923, a daughter of the late Elmer and Mabel Heck Shue. She was formerly employed by Binner’s Associates of Schaefferstown. Grace enjoyed playing cards and bingo, cross stitching and completing word puzzle books. She is survived by children, Gloria Jean wife of James Gaylor of Fredericksburg; Gladys Mae wife of David Rabold of Schaefferstown; Gerald Lee husband of Pat Sholly of Myerstown; Geraldine Fay wife of Kenneth Biever of Myerstown; Glee Marie wife of Luke Gehman of Myerstown; Gail Arlene Fulk of Myerstown; Gene Kevin Sholly of Ephrata; Ginny Sue wife of Robert Mixon of Amielia Island, FL; 18 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 17 great great grandchildren; sister, Irene Shue of Lancaster. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Beatrice Sholly. Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM in the Clauser Funeral Home, N. Carpenter St., Schaefferstown with a viewing beginning on Saturday at 9:30 AM. Interment will be made in the St. John’s Cemetery, Brickerville.
