Irwin H Martin

Irwin H. Martin, 93, Ephrata, passed away on Friday January 31, 2025 in the Lincoln Christian Home. He was the husband of the late Nora Buckwalter Martin who passed away on October 20, 2020 and to whom he was married on November 22, 1952. Irwin was born in Lancaster County on June 3, 1931 a son of the late John M. and Lena S. (Horning) Martin. He was a member of the Fairview Mennonite Church of the Weaverland Conference. Surviving are children: Leonard B. and wife Arlene (Burkholder) Martin; Marian B. wife of Elvin Zimmerman; Elvin B. and wife Erla (High) Martin; Harold B. and wife Mary J. (Snyder) Martin; 18 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; a sister: Anna H. wife of the late Hershey Martin. He was preceded in death by sisters: Edna Weiler (Harvey), Alta H. Horst (Aaron), Lena H. Martin; brothers: Raymond, John, Leroy, Allen, Earl Martin and infant twin brothers. Viewing will be held on Wednesday February 5, 2025 from 5 to 8 pm in the Fairview Reception Center 141 Jackson Rd., Lebanon, PA 17042. Funeral will be 9:30am on Thursday February 6, 2025 in Fairview Mennonite Church 111 Elco Dr., Myerstown, PA 17067. Please omit flowers. The Clauser Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
