Lora J Keppley

Lora J. Keppley, 58, of Newmanstown, PA, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, PA. She was the wife of Donald M. Keppley with whom she was married to for 39 years. She was born in Lebanon on March 12, 1959, a daughter of Betty Louise Weik Weik of Newmanstown and the late Ralph Lester Weik. She was employed at Gloray Knitting Mills in Robesonia until they closed. She also worked for Mandy Snack and Packs and Cornwall Manor. Lora enjoyed crocheting, making doilies, gardening, collecting tea pots and cactuses. She loved her cat Molly and going to the beach. Surviving in addition to her husband and mother are daughters, Jessica Shepler and husband Justyn of Lebanon; Jenna Heagy and husband Christopher of Newmanstown; grandchildren, Lilian and Chase Shepler; sister, Julie Holt and husband Jeff of Lebanon; brother, Robert Weik of Newmanstown. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 11 am in Clauser Funeral Home, N. Carpenter St., Schaefferstown with a visitation beginning on Tuesday at 10 am. Interment will be made in the Millcreek Memorial Cemetery, Newmanstown.
