Mabel R. Sadler

Mabel R. Sadler, 81, of Myerstown, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, PA. She was born in Myerstown on February 23, 1936, a daughter of the late Clyde W. and Mary Lehman Sadler. She was a retired registered nurse and a member of the Mt. Zion Mennonite Church of the Weaverland Conference. Mabel is survived by sisters, Marion, Martha, Reeda and Marie Sadler of Myerstown; Ruth wife of Norman Martin of Myerstown; brothers, Thomas husband of Ada Sadler of Bethel; Marlin husband of Grace Sadler of Osage, Iowa; Mark husband of Grace Sadler of Richland; 28 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Umberger and brother-in-law, Wayne Umberger. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 9:30 am in Mt. Zion Mennonite Church, 213 Deep Run Road, Myerstown, PA. Interment will be made in the adjoining church cemetery. Viewing will be on Wednesday from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm at Fairview Mennonite Reception Center, 141 Jackson Road, Lebanon, PA. Please omit flowers.
