Martin L Wolfe

Martin L. Wolfe, 90, formerly of Newmanstown, died Friday, August 5, 2011 in the Countryside Christian Community, Annville. He was the husband of the late Josephine S. Hauck Wolfe. He was born June 2, 1921 in Richland a son of the late Francis and Alice Fisher Wolfe. Marty was a cabinet installer for Rich Maid Kitchens for many years and served in the US Army during World War II. He attended the United Christian Church in Newmanstown and enjoyed reading and woodworking. He is survived by children, Patricia A. wife of Leonard Ontkos of Newmanstown; Barrett M. Wolfe of Myerstown; granddaughter, Lisa wife of Philip Martin of Newmanstown; sister, Viola Kline of Myerstown. He was preceded in death by brothers, Lester Wolfe and Ray Keller; sister, Ruth Dechert and step mother, Elsie Wolfe. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 10th at 11:00 AM in the Clauser Funeral Home, N. Carpenter St., Schaefferstown. Interment will be made in the Mt. Hope Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:00 PM and Wednesday 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
