Ralph E. McCook Jr.

Ralph E. McCook, Jr. 91, of Richland, passed away in his home on Monday, April 18, 2022. He was the husband of Connie E. Weaver McCook and they would have celebrated their 59 wedding anniversary in July. He was born in Millcreek Township on August 2, 1930, son of the late Ralph E. McCook Sr. and Helen Hippert McCook. He was employed for many years at the Cornwall Ore Mines. Ralph was a member of Grace United Church of Christ, Richland; Neptune Fire Co., Richland; Millcreek Rod & Gun Club; and Valley Gun Club. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting, and he especially loved spending time with his family. Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters, Leslie Mitstifer and husband Mark of Newmanstown; Dawn Kushner and husband Paul of Benton, PA; grandchildren, Ryan, Jessica and Gage; great grandchildren, Branden, Addison, Lincoln, Grace and Hunter; sisters, Barbara Weidman and husband Elmer of Myerstown; Joan Strickler of Womelsdorf. He was preceded in death by a son, Ralph E. McCook, III. Funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
