

Angelle Trafton (née Graceffa)- Age 59, of Scituate, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2025, in her hometown of Scituate. Born on May 6, 1966, she was a gifted artist and a deeply cherished presence in the lives of those around her, Angelle brought creativity and warmth to every space she entered. Her artistic talent was matched only by the love and care she extended to those closest to her.
Angelle is lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Isobel S. Trafton and Lucine M. Trafton, who were the center of her world and her former husband and lifelong friend, George N. Trafton III.
She is also survived by her sister Miriam Mahegan and brother-in-law Albert Mahegan; her nephew Alex Mahegan and his wife Iris and their two children Isak and Andri; and her dear friend and close companion Allan Rafuse. Each held a special place in Angelle's heart and shared in the joy of her generous spirit.
Angelle was predeceased by her mother, Angelle Graceffa.
Her legacy lives on through the art she created and the deep bonds she nurtured with family and friends. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
