We are so sad for all the family and want to extend our deepest sympathy for news on the passing of Anne Marie. For us, one of twelve very special cousins. The only consolation for me is in knowing she’s in a great place with those that have passed on before her, including the four legged pets that always seemed to be part of the family. My mom, Rita June, always had the nicest things to say about her, you could feel the love every time she spoke her name. I remember Anne Marie as a beautiful soul - with such a kind and gentle way about her. I will forever remember her laugh and soft voice. The words she spoke were always chosen so nicely. The ripple effect will carry on. We have many treasured memories from summers growing up - all thanks to Burt & Rita for bringing the Larkin and Foley families together. August was a very special month for us. Thank you to everyone for putting together this memorial album. You can feel all the love in every photo. Rita passed along a few to share. This one is missing the last two from the Foley totem pole but exemplifies how very special you all were and are. Love to All. You're all carved in our hearts. Mary Larkin Vetter and Family

According to Anne Marie, white gloves were a must! After graduating from Archbishop Williams High School, she went off to college in Milton, Massachusetts, where white gloves were required in her particular curriculum. She shared many stories of her growing up in the 1950s, as we dined or during our nightly (every night) phone calls. An avid reader and captivating conversationalist, following current events, religion, arts and science, Anne was a very intelligent, cultured lady, knowledgeable and interested in everything and everybody. She possessed, as well, the rarest of all qualities, humility, biblically, " poor in spirit ". A kind, gentle, loving woman, we are proud to call her our dear friend. We shall always cherish the memory of last Thanksgiving Day with Anne, as she most graciously accepted our dinner invitation. She was not wearing her white gloves, however, as always, brought much joy and happiness to all with her ever-present ladylike charm. We are so very blessed to have shared her especial friendship. Somehow, someway we pray that, now in Heaven, Anne knows how much we will always love her. Sincerely, Jane and Ubi
