Annette Atkinson Moore, 66, of Pembroke, MA and Scituate, died unexpectedly on January 6, 2019. She was the beloved daughter of the late Herschel and Donna Atkinson of Scituate and the former wife of the late Dr. Roger Moore, OH. She was the loving and devoted mother to Christine D. Moore of Pelham, NH, and Andrew J. Moore of Chelmsford, MA. She leaves behind her two treasured grandsons, Hunter and Tommy, as well as three siblings, Herschel Atkinson of Greenwood, IN, and his wife, Laura; Peggy Atkinson Leone of Marshfield, MA, and her husband, Mark; James Atkinson of Hopkinton, MA, and his wife, Rita. Annette was a caring aunt to Amanda & Steve Cummings and their daughters, Ava, Stella and Layla, Christopher Atkinson, Lindsey & Chris Conover; Owen, Joel, Kurt & Ariel Leone, Elyse & Kevin Owen and Jonathan and Clint Atkinson. Her 18-year career got its start in business education but she soon moved to the Science Dept. where she worked tirelessly to give her Chemistry and Physics students the best curriculum possible. She enjoyed the camaraderie of her peers and relished the accomplishments of her students. In addition, Annette opened and named the school store, was a National Honor Society advisor, environmental club advisor, worked with the Cohasset Center for Student Coastal Research and conducted environmental testing of the Musquashcut Pond.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of Annette. She was always so kind, hard working, and genuinely cared about everyone. She had a glow about her when she had grandchildren. May you rest in peace and my thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow.
