During the mid to late 70s,often unbeknownst to her,this sweet,saintly neighborhood mom would endure any number of loud teenage boys,(occasionally using offensive language) to envelope her driveway for several games of hoop...Albeit on a Sat/Sun morning(as she tried to enjoy a good book and/or listen to her favorite music)never naysaid or disrupted the chaos below her family room.When the zoo came to a close she always had refreshments and welcomed us back,anytime...!!!We will all miss her,but forever have those memories...

My deepest sympathy to the entire Horan family!  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Mrs. Horan was such a lovely woman.  As a child, I knew her as one of the nicest people in the neighborhood.  She was always so warm and generous to all of the kids.  I am very sorry for all of the Horan family.

Sylvie and I send our deepest condolences to the entire Horan family as well as the Marion family.
We have very fond memories of family events with Arlene.
