Erlinda Sibunga Holland

HOLLAND, Erlinda – 68, of Scituate, formerly of Cabilian Southern Leyte Phillipines passed away peacefully on November 16 after an illness. Daughter of the late Francisco and Constancia Sibunga. She is survived by her loving husband Joseph E Holland III of Scituate of whom she shared 43 years of marriage. Devoted mother of Francisco (Cisco) Holland and wife Jeaneen of Scituate. Jonathan Holland and his wife Stephanie also of Scituate.

Loving sister of the late Guillermo and Nicandro Sibunga. Erlinda is also survived by sisters Amelia Tanner, Brigeda Ventulan and brothers Victor, Anacleto and Remegio Sibunga and many nieces and nephews.

Erlinda worked for many years on detailed electronics assembly including projects like the space shuttle Columbia, pace-makers, space stations and the patriot missile. Her dedication to her family is her largest achievement and her favorite pastime was always with family and friends.

Visiting hours will take place on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 PM at the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Road, Scituate, MA. Funeral Mass Monday, Nov. 21, 2016 at 9:00 AM at St. Christine’s Church, 1295 Main Street, Marshfield. Interment to follow at Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate.
