This was a gifted person who is surely a loss to us all but we are inspired by the many astounding accomplishments. May the family have peace we cherish the special memories. (Isaiah 2:4) 4 He will render judgment among the nations And set matters straight respecting many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares And their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, Nor will they learn war anymore. May we all rejoice in this good news.

Dear "Jidge", I am one of the many state employees that your husband helped to navigate the choppy waters of simultaneous job change and retirement. I very much regret that the impulse to thank him one more time came too late. Let me offer you my condolences. - Jerry (Wakefield, MA)

Dear Jidge:

I am extremely sorry to hear of Frank's loss. I had not heard from him for nearly a year when we use to correspond via email. I thought that perhaps
a family member had taken ill and that he was spending time helping.
Frank and I had some good times at the Retirement Board with John Waldron, Bob Minue and Kevin Caira. Since I had not heard from Frank I had a friend due an inquiry on Frank and was told Sunday evening that he had passed away in February. He spoke of you and the kids when we were together and was so proud of the family. The last time that we had conversed was when Bob Minue had passed away. Out of the five that hung around together there remains only 2. If there Is anything that I can do
please do not hesitate to contact me either email or via phone. My email address is or phone 508-998-0759. You and your family will be in my thoughts and in my prayers. Gob Bless you and take care.

I'm guessing Frank is at the banquet table of the Lord eating the exact same foods he and Jidge served many of us. It was Heaven on Earth being with the family in Newton and Scituate. He lives on in our fond memories. Sincere condolences and much love to the family and friends of Frank. He made the world a better place.
