Directions to First Congregational Church, Braintree:

From Boston: Take Route 93 South and at Exit 7 Route 3: head south. Quickly get off at Exit 18 (Washington St.) Bear Right all the way to top of exit. Right onto Washington St. and left at second set of lights. Church on left and parking in rear.

From North/West: Take Route 128 South and at Exit 18 (Washington St.) get off and keep to right to top of exit. Right onto Washington St. and left at second set of lights. Church on left and parking in rear.

From South: Take Route 3 North until Exit 17 ( Union St.) bear around rotary (3/4 of the way) and right onto Union St. and straight through lights. Sharp right at next set of lights onto Washington St. Take right at second set of lights. Church on left and parking in rear.

Jacobs, Gail, V., of Scituate, formerly of Braintree, passed away peacefully at home Monday, Feb. 18 at 49.

Beloved wife of Robert D. Jacobs; loving mother of Kyle L. and Matthew H. Devoted daughter of Virginia Oster of Falmouth and the late Russell Oster; loving sister of Susan (Oster) LaFoe and Nancy (Oster) Burleigh and her husband Robert of York, ME. Beloved daughter-in-law of Marion Jacobs of Hull and the late Leonard Jacobs. Also survived by loving nephews Kevin Gerrard of Holbrook; Jason, Justin and Taylor Burleigh of York, ME and Emily Amick of New York, NY and the late Jonathan Boudreau, and many loving friends.

Gail was a world traveler who loved being with her family and friends in her travels to beautiful places all over the globe.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. at First Congregational Church, 12 Elm St., Braintree.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Gail Jacobs Scholarship Foundation, Bay State Benefits, 22 River St., Braintree, MA., 02184.
