It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved daughter, Holly Gammon Faulkner, on July 4, 2026, at the age of 32, due to complications from an illness.
Holly was a loving, caring, and compassionate young woman whose gentle spirit touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. She earned a degree in Behavioral Therapy and found great fulfillment in working with children. Her patience, kindness, and genuine desire to help others made her a trusted caregiver, a devoted advocate, and a source of comfort to many.
Holly found joy in the simple things that made life beautiful. She had a deep love for animals, found peace in nature, and could often be found lost in the pages of a good book or enjoying her favorite anime. She embraced life with a kind heart, a gentle soul, and an unwavering compassion that made everyone around her feel valued and cared for.
She leaves behind her loving mother, Karen; her father, Kevin; her sister, Rebecca; her beloved grandmother, Louise; her uncle, Don; her aunt, Lauren; her cousins, Kelsey and Connor; her cherished nephews, Max and Lu; and her loving extended family, Lester, Mimi, Karen, Sonny and family, and partner Jake. She also leaves behind many dear friends and all whose lives were forever touched by her kindness, generosity, and love.
Holly was preceded in death by her beloved grandfather, Jim, her uncle, Billy, grandpa "with the kitties”, and grandma Kathleen. We find comfort in knowing she is now reunited with them and rests in eternal peace.
Although Holly's life was far too short, the love she shared and the countless lives she touched will remain her lasting legacy. Her beautiful spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
A visitation will be held at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, Scituate, MA. July 26, 2026, from 2pm to 4pm. A celebration of life will immediately follow at the Scituate, MA. Community Center from 4pm to 7pm. All family and friends are invited to honor her memory, share cherished stories, and celebrate the remarkable woman she was.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Holly's name to the Hull Seaside Animal Rescue, Hull, MA, or the Carolina Hill Shelter, Marshfield, MA.
