

Jean A. DuVoisin III was born on January 20, 1949 in Ossining, NY and grew up in Westport, CT. A longtime resident of the South Shore, moving to Cohasset in 1973, he then settled in Scituate in 1979. A graduate of Cal Arts (BFA), Jean was the Owner of DuVoisin Design Associates, a branding & marketing firm in Scituate, MA. He worked with many local and international clients, including Reebok, Perini, and Thompson Publishing. Jean loved serving his community including years of coaching Youth Soccer, refereeing, and serving in church leadership. Jean led Bible Studies for over 25 years and loved building relationships and connecting people.
Jean leaves behind his loving wife of 43 yrs., Ayn Gray DuVoisin, his three children; Caleb DuVoisin of Scituate, MA, Katherine Fylaktou (Andreas) of North Quincy, MA, John DuVoisin (Marisa), and grandson, Jack, of Rye, NY. He is also survived by his two sisters: Barbara Carey of Washington Depot, CT and Jacqueline DuVoisin of Westport, CT.
Rest in peace dear husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. You will always be in the hearts of everyone you inspired with your faith, strength, laughter, creativity, hope and love.
A memorial service will be held at North River Church, Pembroke, MA on Saturday, December 16 at 11:00am.
The family would like to thank the outstanding medical teams at the Dana Farber Clinic and Brigham & Women’s Hospital for their special care and treatment throughout Jean’s illness.
