

Maggie will be remembered by everyone as a special girl who faced every day with both grace and humor, loved to be around family, complained little and laughed much. She graduated from Scituate High School and worked for Stop & Shop Supermarkets for many years. She was an avid Boston Sports fan with an uncanny knack for dates and names.
She was predeceased by her Mother Mary Ann (Hennessey) at 2 months of age and William J Dorgan Sr.
She is survived by her loving “Mother”, lifelong companion and caregiver Margaret Lyle who came from England to raise her and her siblings in 1966. Loving sister of Thomas Dorgan and wife Cindy of Plymouth, William Dorgan and wife Elizabeth of Scituate, Susan Laflamme and husband Gerry of Vineyard Haven and Ellen Dorgan of Scituate. Dear Aunt of Lyle and Kevin Dorgan, Alexandria Laflamme, Sarah and Mary Ann Dorgan.
The Dorgan family would like to express their sincerest gratitude to the nurses and aides at the Life Care Center in Scituate for their exceptional care for the last 18 months.
Funeral from the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd., SCITUATE on October 10 at 9 Am . Funeral Mass at 10 AM at St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent Street, Scituate. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visiting hours will take place Sunday October 9 from 4 PM to 7 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
