Mrs. Mary Shirley S Millerick Miller

MILLER, Mary “Shirley” (Millerick) October 16, 2010 of Scituate, formerly of Brattleboro. Born in Brattleboro, VT. She moved to Scituate in 1960. Shirley worked as a nurse at the South Shore Hospital for 10 years, before working for the Cardigan Nursing Home in Scituate, for over 20 years, where she retired from. Shirley was also a Crossing Guard in Scituate. Shirley was devoted to her church and was an avid crocheter. Beloved wife of the late Donald H. Miller. Loving mother of Shawn M. Miller and his wife Deborah of Pembroke, James A. Miller and his companion Renee of Scituate and the late Sheila M. Miller. Dear sister of William Millerick of NH, and John J. Millerick of Brattleboro, VT. Devoted grandmother of Patrick Miller, Bridget Miller and Maggie Mae Jordan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd., Scituate on Thursday October 21st followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Nativity, Scituate at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours prior to the Mass from 8:30 – 10:30 AM. Interment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery Brattleboro, VT on Friday October 22nd at 11:00 AM.
