VACCARINO, Maximus James "Max" - Age 12, of Scituate was born on May 24, 2011. A beautiful boy with a huge heart and a mischievous grin, he brought his family nothing but joy and non-stop laughter from day one. Max passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 30, 2023, and will be sorely missed every minute of every day by his mother and father, Stephanie and Tim Vaccarino, his sisters Kelsey Adele and Riley Quinn, and his grandparents Joan and Jim Vaccarino, Patricia Kauffman, Patricia’s husband John Powell, and Michael Authelet and his wife Jean.
During his all too short but joyful life, Max shared his whole heart with his cousins Charlotte and Lizzie Tousignant and Ellie Vaccarino, as well as his aunts and uncles, Tony and Alexis Vaccarino, and Laurie and Bob Tousignant. With an independent spirit and uninhibited creative mind, he expressed himself effortlessly. That said, Maximus was also not one to shy away from a challenge. From vaulting his way out of his crib at 14 months to his affinity for acting in front of big audiences, Max set a vivid, happy stage for all who knew and loved him.
Visiting hours will take place at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Road, Scituate on Monday, August 7th from 4 - 8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 8th at 10 a.m. at St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent Street, Scituate.
