Born in Quincy, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Stephen L. Day and L. Elizabeth (Tirrell) (Day) Young.
Craig travelled the world for work, spending years in Germany and South Korea. After retiring from Pneumatic Scale Corp in Quincy, MA he founded Schematic Translation Inc and ultimately purchased and ran Fix-It-Papa in Norwell, MA before his health forced him to retire.
He was a classic car aficionado and enjoyed the ability to fix anything and everything.
He loved deeply and without reserve.
Father of Carolyn Day and Stephen J. Day.
Stepfather of Michael McGagh Jr (Heather) and Thomas McGagh (Audrey).
Beloved Papa of Hunter Day, Katherine McGagh, Michael McGagh and Rowan Charlap.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews and many life-long friends.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Craig’s memory can be made to Shriners Children’s Hospital or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
