Suzanne Morgan

Suzanne Morgan, 66, passed away on February 18, 2018, in Scituate, MA. She was born in Quincy, MA, to Arthur and Elizabeth McGilvray. A lifelong resident of the South Shore, she leaves behind many good friends who shared great memories over the years.

Sue shared many years with the love of her life, Ric Tomlinson. Together, they made great memories with Sue’s sons Derek and Christopher enjoying the beauty of Scituate, fishing the ocean, and sharing wonderful recipes. Sue was generous to all those who knew her, both in help during times of need and in laughter and humor in times good and bad. She loved her sons very much and was very proud of them. She possessed unique, New England wit and wisdom and made everyone feel special.

She will be greatly missed. Sue is survived by her sons, Derek Morgan and Christopher Morgan, brother Arthur (Elaine) McGilvray and nephew Arthur, brother John (Ellie) McGilvray, sister Jane McLaughlin, and brother Thomas (Mary Kate) McGilvray. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ric Tomlinson and brother-in-law, Gary McLaughlin. A celebration of her life will be announced at a later date.

Suzanne was truly one of the most genuine, kind, strongest and loveliest ladies I have ever had the good fortune of knowing and learning from.
