MANNING, THOMAS S. of Scituate formerly of Dorchester died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on June 10, 2010, at the age of 88. Loving husband of 63 years to Margaret Edwina (Quimby). Devoted father of Judy Considine and her husband James, John Manning and his wife Sheila, Edwin Manning and his wife Colleen all of Scituate, Nancy Macaulay and her late husband Peter of Plymouth, Richard Manning and his wife Joan of Hanover and the late Thomas Manning, Jr. Brother of Catherine Walsh, Joseph Manning both of Dorchester, Richard Manning of Duxbury and the late, John, Francis “Danno” and Mary Manning. Grandfather of Kate, Siobhan, Michael, Matthew, Thomas and Richard Manning, Brigid and Molly Considine. Funeral from the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd., Scituate on Monday, June 14th at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St., Scituate at 10AM. Interment in Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate. Visiting hours will be on Sunday, June 13th from 2-6PM at the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home.
